The room was comfortable, and I found the front desk staff to be friendly and accommodating. While there were some minor cleanliness issues, the overall experience was positive, and I particularly enjoyed the nearby dining options, such as the dumpling place on 60th street.

everything was perfect, liked our really comfortable stay. we had a double room with very comfortable beds. plenty of facilities such as: a study table, an ipod docking station and a radio.

Some of the staff were underwhelming.

They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome. the cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the room neat and tidy. Lastly, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area as it was close to public transportation options.

In terms of improvements, the location of the hotel could be better, especially for someone not familiar with New York. the surrounding area was a bit dirty with lots of trash on the streets, which was not very welcoming.

Everything was simply great. All of the staff was exceptional and polite. There was plenty of outstanding options for continental breakfast.

Jaw-droppingly convenient parking with outstanding security, comfortable beds, clean and cozy rooms, accommodating staff, delicious food nearby, convenient access to subway.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - a desk for my laptop, a coffee machine for my morning fix, and a flat-screen TV for late-night relaxing. The private bathroom felt like a little spa retreat.

The ATM machine on-site was convenient but could get a bit noisy during peak hours.

The working station table in the room was a bit small compared to what I was expecting, and one of the shower doors was not working properly. I noticed a small pen mark on the bed sheet which was a bit disappointing.

the hotel is super clean and modern, and the location is very close to subway station. Found some cool Asiatic restaurants nearby and got some local insights. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially in printing out my subway route and bringing a fridge to my room for my meds.
