The only service that I missed for my work-related needs was a dedicated meeting space or conference room within the hotel's premises.

The hotel was reasonably clean and cute, just what we needed. The staff were professional and efficient all the time.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - a desk for my laptop, a coffee machine for my morning fix, and a flat-screen TV for late-night relaxing. The private bathroom felt like a little spa retreat.

The ATM machine on-site was convenient but could get a bit noisy during peak hours.

everything was perfect, liked our really comfortable stay. we had a double room with very comfortable beds. plenty of facilities such as: a study table, an ipod docking station and a radio.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of a city park.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kelly and Ivan who went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and confident navigating the city. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. One advantage I particularly enjoyed was the free street parking available on the block, saving me money on parking fees.

The working station table in the room was a bit small compared to what I was expecting, and one of the shower doors was not working properly. I noticed a small pen mark on the bed sheet which was a bit disappointing.

The housekeeping staff, Ella and Erika, kept everything clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, the area was safe, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. a pleasant stay!

the hotel is super clean and modern, and the location is very close to subway station. Found some cool Asiatic restaurants nearby and got some local insights. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially in printing out my subway route and bringing a fridge to my room for my meds.
